Punishment System

We follow a five-strike model for our punishments. Every strike is recorded, and each additional strike will result in a harsher punishment.

1st Strike: Verbal warning.

2nd Strike: Bot delivered warning.

3rd Strike: 7-day timeout.

4th Strike: 7-day temporary ban.

5th Strike: Permanent ban.

Moderators reserve the right to stray from this model if it's deemed necessary.

Each strike will go away after a whole month has passed.

Appealing a Punishment

If you believe you've wrongfully been punished, there are two ways that you can appeal:

• Message our Support Bot

• Fill out our appeal form

  • This is only available for mutes and bans

The staff team will review your appeal and decide whether or not the punishment was appropriate. The staff member who issued the punishment will not be a part of the final decision.

If you've chosen the appeal form, you must have DMs enabled for Dyno to notify you about the result.

Why can't I verify?

You are likely timed out due to your account being flagged by Wick. Please message our Support Bot for help.

Why was I given a strike?

All punishments after the first strike will send you a reason in a private message. If you had your DMs off when the punishment was issued, you will not receive a message from the bot. You can contact our Support Bot to find out the reasoning for a punishment.

How do I report mod abuse?

Please contact our Support Bot and immediately request the Admins. Do not provide further information until the transfer has been confirmed.
